🌿 Needle & Nectar – Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your appointment with Needle & Nectar. By scheduling a treatment, you agree to the following policies.
1. Booking & Booking Fees
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.
Certain treatments (including vitamin injections and selected advanced treatments) require full payment at the time of booking due to prescription and preparation costs.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will forfeit the full booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Refund Policy
All booking fees and payments are strictly non-refundable.
Booking fees are charged for the time reserved, administration, and preparation of your appointment and are therefore non-transferable outside of the cancellation policy.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, missed appointments, or late cancellations.
If Needle & Nectar needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred to a new date.
If a treatment cannot proceed due to medical contraindications identified at your appointment, your payment may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment at the practitioner’s discretion.
4. Treatment Suitability & Medical Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous treatments prior to their appointment.
Needle & Nectar reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Some treatments require a consultation, patch test, and/or prescribing approval prior to treatment.
5. Results Disclaimer
All treatments are carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in line with professional standards.
Results vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare.
No specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Disputes & Legal Claims
All treatments are performed following a full consultation, informed consent, and documentation where required.
In the unlikely event of a concern or dispute, Needle & Nectar will aim to resolve the matter professionally through communication and review of treatment records.
Should a claim be pursued, all consultation records, consent forms, treatment notes, and photographic evidence will be provided as part of the defence to demonstrate that services were carried out appropriately and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
7. Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers cannot be used against prescription fees, prescriber services, or retail products.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Promotional offers must be redeemed within the stated timeframe and cannot be extended.
8. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
